We provide pediatric speech, language, and occupational therapy as well as behavioral therapy, learning remediation, executive function coaching, and educational consultancy and advocacy. We are a Chicago Public School (CPS) Vendor and can help you apply for an IEP/504 plan through Chicago Public Schools and get reimbursed directly from CPS for any services your child receives through their IEP.

Every child is different and there are a multitude of factors that need to be considered when determining the length of services for speech, language, and occupational therapy and learning remediation. Some factors include the type of disorder/difference (speech therapy versus a language disorder, specific learning impairment, etc.,), the severity of the disorder, the readiness of your child, commitment to therapy sessions, and family involvement.

We are in-network with BCBS PPO, United Health Care, and Aetna. We are considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. If our practice is out-of-network for your insurance, we will be happy to provide you with statements that include all the information needed to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance carrier.

We do not provide in-home therapy. Our services are only available at our partnering private schools. Therapy takes place at your child's school, during the school day. Not sure if your child's school is partnering​ with us? Contact us to find out!

All clients fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form that is included in your intake paperwork. Clients are required to keep a current credit card on file, which will be charged at the end of the week. The Loop use HIPPA compliant and encrypted forms that allow you to enter your information securely.
